Wasps represent a danger to both domestic and commercial residents. Wasp stings are particularly painful and every year, a number of deaths occur through aggressive wasp behaviour. With the dangers a sting poses to your health, it is always best to leave the removal of wasps to a trained expert. Our pest controllers covering Lee have the necessary experience to eliminate a wasp infestation.
Wasp nests in Lee are treated with an insecticide dust, which is lethal, but does not work instantly - the wasps take a few days to die. The nest will disintegrate by itself and the insecticide used will evaporate away after a few days leaving behind a chalk carrier dust only. The nest does not need to be removed since wasps never use them twice, however, our wasp control team covering Lee will remove the nest for a small fee, when requested.
Customer Name: John R. Davis. I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.
